We check the location at your Bucharest premises and install the juice machine.
OrangeFresh is the brand of G.P.S. Universal SRL, authorised by ANPD as a protected unit (authorisation no. 271 of 08.04.2024). Companies that owe the disability contribution can settle up to 50% of it through our services and give employees natural orange juice.
Companies with at least 50 employees must employ persons with disabilities for at least 4% of their staff (Article 78(2), Law 448/2006).
If they do not, they pay the state budget 50% of the gross national minimum wage per unfilled position each month, commonly called the disability tax or disability fund.
The law offers an alternative: at least 50% is paid to the budget and the rest can be settled by buying products or services from an authorised protected unit under a partnership (Article 78(3)(b)).
| Employees | 100 |
|---|---|
| Employees with disabilities | 0 |
| Unfilled positions (4%) | 4 |
| Monthly amount: 4 x 50% of minimum wage | 2 minimum wages |
| Payable through a UPA (max. 50%) | 1 minimum wage per month |
Your payroll team calculates the exact amount from company data and the current minimum wage.
Part of an amount your company owes anyway comes back to employees as a daily benefit.
We check the location at your Bucharest premises and install the juice machine.
You choose a package and we sign the support services related to fruit juice manufacturing contract with a fixed monthly fee. The machine is provided on free loan.
Employees take up to the number of cups in the package, at RON 1, 2 or 3 per cup. The protected unit’s monthly invoice is used for the share settled through a UPA.
Since 20 October 2025, products and services sold by a protected unit must be produced, in part or in full, by its own employees with disabilities. The services we invoice (cleaning, sanitising and washing the machines) are done entirely by our colleagues with disabilities, within our authorised activity: manufacture of fruit and vegetable juices.

It is a company or unit authorised by the Romanian state under Law 448/2006, where at least half of the employees are persons with disabilities. Companies that owe the disability contribution can settle part of it by buying products or services from a UPA.
Yes. OrangeFresh is the brand of G.P.S. Universal SRL (VAT ID RO15098765), authorised by ANPD as a protected unit (authorisation no. 271 of 08.04.2024). Most of our colleagues are persons with disabilities.
Romanian employers with at least 50 employees must employ persons with disabilities for at least 4% of their staff. Otherwise they pay the state budget 50% of the gross national minimum wage per unfilled position each month (Article 78, Law 448/2006).
Technically it is not a tax deduction. The law allows up to 50% of the monthly amount to be settled through purchases from a UPA under a partnership, instead of being paid to the state budget (Article 78(3)(b), Law 448/2006).
Up to 50%. At least half of the monthly amount goes to the state budget; the rest can be covered by purchases from authorised protected units. Example: a company with 100 employees and none with disabilities has 4 unfilled positions and owes the equivalent of two minimum wages per month; up to one minimum wage per month can be settled through a UPA.
Support services related to fruit juice manufacturing (cleaning, sanitising and washing the juice machines), carried out entirely by our employees with disabilities, within our authorised activity (manufacture of fruit juices). Law 153/2025, in force since 20 October 2025, requires UPA services to be produced by the unit’s own employees with disabilities, and our services meet this condition.
The company pays a fixed monthly fee for support services related to fruit juice manufacturing (cleaning, sanitising and washing the machine), carried out entirely by our employees with disabilities. For this fee it gets the services, the machine on free loan and a monthly maximum number of fresh juices (400, 500, 700 or 1,000), which employees take at RON 1, 2 or 3 per cup, depending on the chosen option.
The fee stays the same, because you pay for the services, not the cups. The number of cups is a monthly maximum: consumption can be lower but not higher, and unused cups do not carry over.
No more cups are dispensed at the package price that month. If demand is consistently higher, we sign an addendum and you move to a larger package, for example from 500 to 700.
No. The machine is provided on free loan for the duration of the contract. Oranges, replenishment and care are included.
Yes. Companies that do not owe the disability contribution can still offer juice as an employee benefit with the same service package; it simply does not offset the contribution.
